Sartomer is a worldwide leader in the production of photocure resins, monomers and acrylate and methacrylate oligomers. Sartomer works closely with its customers to help them identify the best product, define a formulation strategy and configure the parameters related to the curing operations. The company provides solutions which are compatible with curing processes using ultraviolet light, electron beams, heat or peroxides.

In line with BU strategy, you are in charge of the management of a large customers portfolio operating in several markets: Graphic Arts, Coatings & Adhesives, 3D Printing, Healthcare, Advanced Materials. You should increase sales, margin ratio and market share of BU products.

Your profile:
- Good experience in sales and/or in development activities of technical B2B sales
- Strong negotiation skills on different levels and in international environment
- Experience of international Key Account Management is a plus
- Native or very fluent in French and very good in English
- Good communication skills, dynamism, curiosity, Team Spirit is key
- Autonomous, very well organized and self-motivated
- Open minded, adaptable to different mentalities and communicative
- Flexible and readiness to travel
- A scientific/technical background, ideally chemistry, will be a plus.

Vos principales missions

Management of a wide Customers portfolio:
- Implement the sales strategy and commercial action plan
- Establish, maintain and develop strong and proactive partnership with customers
- European Key Account Manager for ~5 strategic customers
- Leads prospection of new customers in relation with the Technical Managers and Market Managers
- Proposes and follows development projects for the commercial side, using appropriate in-house tools
- Participation to fairs, conferences, customer seminars and other communications actions
- Prepares and presents the monthly sales reports for his/her perimeter
- Consolidates monthly volume forecasts with the Supply Chain Manager

Team work:
- Regular communication with the sales assistants (Customer Service) based in France
- Close cooperation with the Market Managers, Technical Managers and the Business Director
- Frequent collaborations with the Product Manager, Communication Manager and Supply Chain Manager
