A designer of materials and innovative solutions, Arkema shapes materials and creates new uses that accelerate customer performance in lightweight and design materials, biosourced materials, new energies, water management, solutions for electronics, and the performance and home insulation.

In line with the global BU strategy, you are in charge of the definition and implementation of the global commercial policy on the territory, managing directly the European sales team based in different countries.

Your profile:
- Strong experience in sales and good marketing understanding
- Strong negotiation skills on different levels and in international environment
- Management skills
- Global leadership capabilities
- Autonomous and self motivated
- High sense of accountability
- Perfect integrity and respect of the company corporate rules
- Team worker, and reporting.
- Industrial marketing (B to B), finance and P&L understanding
- Fluent business English and French
- Willing to travel extensively

Vos principales missions

Responsible of the global commercial policy on the territory, in agreement to the global BU strategy
- Manage the customers portfolio towards higher margin contribution in unit value and volume.
- Optimize and manage the commercial resources to higher efficiency
- Provide all necessary input to define the marketing approach on the zone.
- Manage Key Accounts for his territory
- Define distribution network and manage agent contracts
- Propose and implement the promotion activity. Participate to shows, conferences, and professional bodies in relation with the products.
- Propose service or product development towards higher volume and/or unit margin.
