Your skills

Bostik is looking for a full time Sales Manager Italy who will be responsible for generating new business in Italy. Our ideal candidate has the following profile: • You have a minimum of a Bachelor degree, preferably in the area of international business, sales or economics; • You have at least 5 years' experience in a similar commercial role; • You have experience and business contacts in the Italian construction, paint & coating, and/or do-it-yourself market. • You have a real talent for new business acquisition and an entrepreneurial and commercial mindset; • You are proactive, self-starting and are able to work very independently; • You have excellent analytical skills; • You are fluent in both English and Italian.• You are willing to work from home, or the Arkema office in Rho (depending on your own location)

Your responsibilities

In this position you will mainly be responsible for generating new private label business for Bostik's Sealant & Grabs portfolio in Italy. Your objective is to secure a significant year on year regional sales revenue growth with current and new business partners in Italy. To achieve this you manage the pipeline of prospects, visit current (10% of your time) and potential new clients (90%), realize cross-selling and organize on-site technical and commercial trainings. You monitor your progress through analyzing your sales and revenue growth. In this position you report to the Regional Sales Director Italy, who is based in the Netherlands. You will be working very independently in the region, but are in close contact with your sales colleagues who are based in the Netherlands
