Your skills

- Master Degree in Polymer science & another degree in Marketing.
- Motivated by challenges and open for an international career.
- Very good interpersonal skills and communication with local and external contacts.
- Well organize in his/her work and pro-active.
- Language: Fluent in English / French and one other language would be a plus.

Your responsibilities

You're future responsibilities:

1) Market and applications studies:
- Provide analysis of market trend & define new opportunities
- Propose market segmentation and understand market decision making circuit, conduct customer satisfaction survey, defined Bostik strength and weakness on specific market field.

2) Operational marketing support in the region
Operational marketing & communication: Define Marketing & Promotion plan to support the market strategies
- Support all global events: Organization of seminars & different trade show
- Define the proper promotion tools: presentations, brochures, web sites, media, advertisement…
- Develop training kit for the sales network & Business Development Team.
- Keep updating the general presentation (products update, innovation…) for the team
- Anticipate the need of new support for communication

3) Strategic marketing:
- Maintain and increase Product brand recognition
- Define the right marketing action to catch the highest visibility with support of Arkema and Bostik Communication department and different external agencies
