Do you wish to build an international career in a challenging and fast-paced environment? If so, we are just waiting for you to apply!

You hold a Master's Degree in Construction, Civil or Chemical Engineering as well as another degree in Business or a related field.

You are well-known for your strong interpersonal and communication skills, as you will work with plenty of local and external contacts. You know how to work independently as well as in a team.

Proactive, you have excellent organizational and planning skills. Detail-oriented, you will be comfortable working with data and have a strong business acumen. You must be prepare to travel regionally 50% of the time.

As you work abroad for a multinational company, we expect you to be completely fluent in English. Another language (Arabic or Indian) would be a strong asset.

A positive, can do attitude that embraces change and challenges is essential.

Your responsibilities

As Business Development Specialist, you report to the Managing Director of Den Braven Middle East. You will be responsible for achieving a full market analysis of the flooring & tiling adhesives segment in the Middle East region, defining the right to win of Bostik and elaborating a long term strategy.

The job involves working cross-functionally with different departments. (Sales, Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal) and will require intensive travel to the countries and deep dive in the building material markets. You will develop an understanding of the fast moving geopolitical situation in Middle East and the consequences on the economies.

You future responsibilities:

- Deep analysis of the macro economic conditions & construction market
- Determine the certification standards and local regulation – construction norms
- Anticipate the trends and applications of the future
- Identify the market players : route to market, product solutions, sales & pricing policies, organization
- Analyse the Supply chain & distribution routes
- Engage with sales managers and global team to debate about your insights
- Transform the data collected, market insights and your analysis / recommendation to a Go To Market plan.
